Meet the Founder...
Columbia-native Evan Foster formed Propel (formerly Partner Up) at the beginning of 2023 after spending the previous year independently contracting with nearly a dozen cryptocurrency startups. With his desire to apply his previous model to his hometown, Evan started Propel with a smaller suite of services, specializing primarily in the creation of co-marketing campaigns between businesses of the same audience.
Propel quickly grew into a full-service marketing agency, researching the newest strategies for digital and alternative marketing.
